I'm the hands, heart, and creative force behind Blackbird & Rose Studio.

I restore and reimagine thoughtfully chosen furniture, believing beautiful craftsmanship deserves another chapter. Whether I'm preserving original wood, creating a custom finish, or completely transforming a forgotten piece, my goal is always the same: to honor its character while creating something that will be loved for years to come.

Blackbird & Rose Studio was born during one of the hardest seasons of my life. After the loss of my daughter, Lily, I found myself searching for a way to move forward with purpose while honoring the love and light she brought into the world. Somewhere between sanding, repairing, and restoring forgotten furniture, I discovered that rebuilding something with patience and care could also become part of rebuilding myself.

Lily's spirit continues to shape this studio every day. She reminds me to look beneath the surface, to believe in transformation, and to notice the beauty that often exists where others least expect it.

As Blackbird & Rose grows, my hope is that it becomes more than a furniture studio. My vision is to create a business that gives back—supporting organizations that care for our most fragile communities-especially our youth-while using creativity, craftsmanship, and generosity to make a meaningful difference in the community.
